Delicious breakfast!

Energy Boost Chia Pudding

You will need:

15g chia seeds
130ml coconut milk
1 tsp energy boost powder (i used Bioglan)
1 tsp raw honey

Toppings:

mango
bee pollen

In the in the small jar ad chia seeds, energy boost powder, honey, pour milk and mix it well. Cover with a lid and put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning your breakfast is ready! Top it with whatever you fancy, i topped it up with some fresh mango and bee pollen.

Serves: 1
