Guilt free pancakes!

Gluten Free Pancakes

 

You will need:

90g self raising gluten free flour
200ml coconut milk
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil

Toppings:

strawberries
coconut yogurt
maple syrup

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients. Preheat non sticky frying pan, when hot pour the batter and fry evenly each side. Serve it with topping of your choice, berries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup always goes well with pancakes.
