Low Fat Vegetarian Lasagne Recipe

I always make meaty lasagne, but this time i decided to do something healthier and meat free.

1 Dolmio light lasagne kit
1 Biona Spelt lasagne sheets
1 Bag of Spinach (around 200g)
Half bag of weight watchers graded cheese (100g)
1 Packet Polish low fat soft cheese
1 Medium egg
3 Tbsp of low fat milk
Salt, pepper, seasoning

I am online shopper so this time i ordered my ingredients from Tesco, except the Biona Spelt pasta you can find in any health shop.

Out of the Dolmio light lasagne pack i used 4 lasagne sheets, white sause, half packed of seasoning and half packet of sprinkles. From the Biona packet i used 4 spelt lasagne sheets. I personally like the Polish soft cheese its very similar to cottage cheese and otherwise known as curd, but if you dont like it then you can use ricotta cheese instead.

I covered the spinach with boiling water for 3min, then drain them and mix together with soft cheese/curd, egg, 3 tbsp of low fat milk, salt, pepper, seasoning.

Then lay lasagne sheets and white sauce. I used Silicone Mould.

Add the soft cheese mix. And same again will you make all your layers.

Top it up with 100g weight watchers graded cheese and half packet dolmio sprinkles. Cook in the oven 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Enjoy with side salad.
