Oat Protein Pancake

Pancake to keep you fuller for longer!

Oat Pancake

 

You will need:

30g porridge oats
100g greek yogurt
1 egg or 2 egg whites (I used Happy Eggs)
1 tsp lucuma powder

Topping:

greek yogurt
reduced sugar jam

Put all the ingredients in a food blender and blend till its even. Heat non sticky frying pan, then pour the mixture, fry each side till golden. And your pancake is ready, serve with some yogurt and reduced sugar jam.

Serves: 1
