Rye Bread Egg Mayo

Start a day in a healthy way.

Egg Mayo Mustard

 

You will need:

2 slices of rye bread 
2 eggs
1 tsp low fat mayonnaise (i used Hellmann’s Lighter then Light Mayonnaise)
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
dill, chopped
salt and pepper

Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with about two inches of water and add some salt it will make the eggs easier to peel. Bring it to boil and turn off heat, but leave the eggs on the hot burner to simmer for 10-12 minutes. When done take out your eggs, place under running cold water tap to cool, crack and peel. Dice the eggs, add mayo, mustard, dill, salt, pepper and mix it well. Spread evenly over the bread slices and your breakfast is ready!
